As a Sales Project Manager, I take on all the responsibilities I had with my previous title, "Sales Support Specialist" except support everyone in the SMB Sales Org. I work closely with internal partners and sales leaders to make sure the sales team's projects are getting necessary attention and keep everyone involved organized and on track. I take on the responsibility to not only schedule, coordinate, and organize different projects, but also lend my expertise and opinion when needed. In this role, I am in constant communication with the Small Business Sales leaders to make sure their team's supportive needs are met. From building Salesforce reports, to managing trainings, and providing monthly newsletters on tips and tricks for the department, I have a wide variety of responsibilities. I work closely with other departments at SAP Concur to help our sales organization grow, and strengthen those partnerships so we have the best cross-functional working relationships possible. In this position, I worked with sales and marketing to develop successful customer based lunch events (about 30 a month) to showcase Concur’s products. I monitored campaigns associated with each event while I also tracked the progress and helped generate more pipeline and leads. I used tools such as, Salesforce, Marketo, Box, WebEx, Asana, Google Documents, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel in my everyday work. I also hosted and planned WebEx kick-off calls and post event communication with marketers and sales representatives across the country. I helped developed email copy that went out to prospects, and continuously coordinated with third party vendors to ensure success. I was in constant communication with Marketing and Sales and was always a solid resource for both teams. I managed event inventories and took on any task necessary to improve event efficiencies within the SMB Marketing and Sales teams.

Working at Playback Sports was all about promoting sustainable living and an active lifestyle by advertising the positive environmental impact on recycling gently used sporting equipment. I taught players the importance of team work and communication on and off the court and enforced an “I can” attitude, especially when teaching them new techniques and drills.

I always showed up with a positive attitude and it was easily noticed by my coworkers, employers, and the patrons of the facility.
