    With over 6 years of flying experience, I have developed a flying style that it both technically proficient and artistically entertaining. My aim as a coach is to get my students to express their own unique style as they learn to dance in the wind. I also facilitate guided breathing sessions based off the Wim Hof Method which is a combination of mindset training, cold exposure, and breath-work. In these sessions students learn to attune their minds to the automatic processes of their body to reduce stress, gain more energy, and perform better in whatever their goals are. Helping my students tap into their own creative process and guide them through their learning experience is what I work hard for.
