This is a three star resort hotel, serving the hottest tourist location in Bangladesh that stands on the longest unbroken sandy beach of the world. Here, in addition to managing the Food & Beverage department, I was in charge of the entire establishment as the Acting General Manager. This was a newly started establishment and I was involved in the total project from the very beginning: I was solely responsible for planning, designing and implementing the F & B outlets including the kitchen with a production capacity for 500 guests. It is due to the esoteric and innovative menus implemented by me that resulted in that very resort hotel in Bangladesh.

Directly responsible for production of 12000 - 15000 a day, serving Biman and ten other International Airlines - notably among them are British Airways, Emirates, with a kitchen brigade of 200 personnel working directly under me. Under my leadership, the sell figure of BFCC increased form 1, 00,000 Dollars to over 2,50,000 dollars a month and the magic was an improved quality food which attracted more foreign carriers to uplift their food from BFCC. Attended food quality meeting; to attend a 'food quality meeting at JFK, New York, arranged by Flying Foods Groups, the caterer of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Attended food quality meeting at Brussels; in August '97, at Sabena catering, Brussels Airport, the caterer of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Traveled to Sydney, Australia, as a protocol of Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh, to Supervise Catering uplift for the V.V.I.P. flight
