Overview

A unique collaborative of medical professionals, chefs, educators, researchers, and food system experts dedicated to the improvement of personal and public health. The TKC launched in 2016 in partnership with the Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health and the Culinary Institute of America. Today the TKC is a collaborative member organization of leading innovators pushing the boundaries of preventative health, integrative medicine, and the power of food. Our vision is that teaching kitchens will catalyze enhanced personal and public health across medical, corporate, school, and community settings.
