Technoturn is part of the Techno Group and we are the group’s precision engineering facility based on the south coast of England. Specialising in the production of high precision machined components and assemblies, we use the latest CNC turning and milling machines. Our dedicated quality team to ensure each part is built to the highest possible standard. Prismatic milling capacity is also available with our fleet of versatile 4 axis single and twin pallet machining centres. Our experienced team work with our customers on R&D projects; providing advice on how to develop products and transforming concept drawings into components and assemblies. Technoturn offers a high degree of flexibility with a very strong customer focus. We offer full traceability on each product produced along with scheduled deliveries, kan-ban systems, small to large batches and assembled components. Our services include secondary operations, grinding and the management of sub-contract processes such as heat treatment and plating enabling us to supply parts ready to line. As Techno Group’s south east manufacturing facility, Technoturn’s location in Saint Leonards-on-Sea near Hastings has given ease-of-access to road, rail and sea links since it was established in 1977.
