I ensured each client was happy with what they received and that I delivered the best possible service.- Time management was essential as was being flexible. I had to work out the quickest route when making deliveries and balanced my work and study commitments. I had to also stick to strict time-slots and optimise clients experiences.- I had to be a self-motivator and have self-discipline. I improved my conscientiousness and my ability to motivate myself by staying logged on to receive notifications of deliveries even when it is dark, cold and raining hard.
