Randall Commercial Group, LLC is a boutique commercial real estate investment brokerage and consulting firm focused on properties and developments in 12 southeastern states for clients across the US. We serve institutional and individual real estate investors, businesses, tenants, money managers, and developers on real estate up to $50 million. Proprietary data sets are created and maintained internally by our analyst team and drive our decisions and analytics. Our unrelenting focus on client experience and relationships guide the customized approach we take in uniquely serving each client. Our 5 core business lines are: 1) Healthcare Real Estate, 2) Sale Leaseback Transactions 3) Investment Real Estate Brokerage 4) 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges 5) Real Estate Portfolio Structuring/Development Strategies. The 12-state, regional geographic focus allows us to thoroughly research and understand our markets both with quantitative data and qualitative analysis from local market relationships. Our specialized brokerage services enable clients to directly own commercial investment real estate. The client simply owns and controls the property directly, and we facilitate the acquisition and sale of the commercial investment properties adhering to a client-specific strategy. We are there, at the client’s direction, guiding the entire process: 1) developing a strategy for the property acquisition criteria or for disposition, 2) property search and vetting, 3) due diligence and financing, and 4) the closing. Our proprietary research, creativity, and perseverance allow us to focus on creating client wealth by optimizing real estate strategies for businesses and investors. Our rapid growth results from expanding our existing clients' portfolios and client/peer referrals.
