OnBoarding Officers is an exclusive community for exiting military officers to help them transfer their skills into the commercial world and become world-class business leaders. Our objective is to provide Members with a commercially focused insight into the qualities required to transfer successfully post-service and secure executive or non-executive board positions. OnBoarding Officers’ vision is: “to nurture world-class NEDs from the military and assist in placing them in post“. The programme is supported by the practical skills of the course tutors, programme ambassadors and Super NEDs who have world-class and award-winning skills. The programme has a specific focus on corporate governance best practice and the legal roles and responsibilities of directors as well as financial understanding and the strategic and marketing responsibilities of a non-executive director.
