NewArch Homes is a registered provider of social housing. We are regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing to provide affordable homes for those who can’t afford to buy or rent one on the open market. We are proud to own a portfolio of homes which meet or exceed EPC B standards, and we intend to continue providing homes with low energy bills as we develop more affordable homes. Our homes are managed and maintained by experienced housing associations who provide local services as they are needed.
