MTD Housing is a Registered Provider, committed to increasing the provision of affordable homes across England. We were established with the backing of the Pears family, the widely recognised financing and real estate experts. We have a long- term approach to finance investing in schemes that enhance the sustainable communities we want to be part of. Our financial strength and independence enable us to operate a flexible investment strategy, with capital preserved to support reinvestment within the sector and to build on our social heritage. Through partnerships with the private and public sector; Our ambition is to provide the funding for 6,000 affordable homes, through rent and shared ownership by 2030, MTD has a customer- first ethos and commits to being a responsible landlord, ensuring we meet the highest standards of service under the governance of the Regulator of Social Housing (no. 5063).
