CTHA is a not-for-profit landlord providing housing with support for people with mental illness or learning disabilities, encouraging independent living wherever possible. Recently ranked one of the UK’s Top 50 social landlords by 24Housing magazine, we are dedicated to providing excellent services for our residents. CTHA owns and manages a mixture of self-contained flats and shared accommodation in south Hertfordshire and the London Borough of Barnet. We are currently building new homes to rent for a wider range of clients and choice of tenures. Formed in 1975, we are a housing association registered with the Regulator for Social Housing, a provider of care services registered with the Care Quality Commission, and an exempt charity.
