Chef Faure’s passion and talent were acknowledged at an early age, as he rose amongst his peers to become one of the most accomplished pastry chefs of his generation. Over the years, Chef Faure has honed his craft while working in some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants, culinary schools and eminent global scale events. While dedicating his career to serving princes, kings and presidents, he considers his most valuable contribution as an educator, teaching the art of French pastry to an international audience. Maison Christian Faure – Immersion into the world of pastry At the very heart of MAISON CHRISTIAN FAURE, the pastry school offers programs geared towards Professionals and Serious Amateurs alike, to establish and cultivate their skills and techniques in the art of fine patisserie. All aspects of the art are covered through a rigorous training program covering a range of skills including basic techniques, mastering technical proficiency, and the development of an artistic sense. Instruction is delivered exclusively by Meilleur Ouvrier de France certified teachers including Christian Faure himself and a panel of MOF guest chefs. Recognizing the importance of early stage education, the school also offers children’s programs (Little Bakers & Children’s Birthday), as a means to introduce them to the fundamentals of taste and creativity, as well as, fostering their development of critical thinking.
