Erising is a company founded by two mechanical engineers graduated in Instituto Superior Técnico, whom initially met as a master student and a professor. Erising aims to promote the talent and value of the clients by finding wastes and inefficiencies, and turn them into an opportunity of improvement. We are experts in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and by combining their tools we can provide a mechanism of Efficiency Rising (Erising) to our clients. We carry out our projects in the industry, services, logistics, etc., and we always look forward to input a new step for the industry 4.0. As an engaging motor of continual improvement and as a key to ashore that solutions are implemented, we also train and coach operators and managers.
