In this project a technology-based, sustainable product was developed. All stages of product development were elaborated, from the ideation phase phase, prototyping, MVP development, usability and ergonomics studies, and testing in the relevant environment (TRL 6). The go-to-market strategy and commercial roadmap was also elaborated, from the business model, mass industrialization planning, marketing plan commercial strategy, procurement, prospecting for potential customers, and intellectual property registration study. intellectual property registration. For the development of all stages, several tools were used for project management and planning, such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies, Innovation Plan Lean Canvas, and tools such as Gantt, Pareto and Bowtie diagrams, for analysis of risks.

1.Development of a study for Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB) in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Centre of Bragança (NERBA). Data acquisition and analysis was carried out with companies in the Bragança district regarding internationalization and digital markets. 2.Development of a study in which the IPB requested data survey with companies in Portugal regarding the employability of its students. The results were published as an article at the International Conference on Higher Education Advances - "Required skills for employability in Portugal from graduates and students of IPB" This experience required a high data acquision, analysis and understanding of the results with the business perspective of the related companies. Data analysis tools were used such as advanced Excel and surveys for data acquisition, as well as a deep business understaning to address their pain points.
