Inorder to create a strong HR infrastructure of the company, Logo Tiger HR application was takenand HR project was implemented and 180 degree performance evaluations were made over theapplication. By using Logo CRM application, it was ensured to establish corporate memory andcorrect communication and sales mechanisms and ERP integration in Sales and Marketingdepartment. Within the Work Flow management project, the acquisition of Logo Flowapplication, integration with the existing ERP system was ensured and the workflow processesrunning on paper in the company were digitized. The existing network structure was revisedand the IP structures of the company headquarters and branches were re-established. The oldmail system in the cloud environment of the company has been moved to a new mail systemfrom the local data center. Intranet Portal site was built to strengthen internal communication.LOT follow-up and Label system was performed in order to follow up the production of theproducts retrospectively. Inventory and Mission tracking system was established for thedepartment. Information and Communication Department Instructions, procedures and formswere prepared for the ISO 2015 transition project.
