    Establishment and maintenance of health oriented maps and geographical data for the users in the organizations.The users access the maps via MS Sharepoint interface or via Portal for ArcGIS.The data is maintained in ArcSDE in SQL Server database. The maps are created using ArcGIS (ESRI) and are published to the organization using ArcGIS Server. The maps serve hundreds of the organization's managers and analysts for marketing, decision making and for other purposes.

The system replaced an old system in which the work processes were very cumbersome, and expanded it considerably.I was involved in development of other health care systems.

    Development management and system analysis of a conversion project for Yellow Pages & Internet of our customer (RHD) in USA. In this project we converted approximately 15 million customers. We worked according to the Standard CMMI 3.Traveling to customer sites for analysis of the customer requirements, and for system installation. Leading work processes with the customer: specifications of customer requirements, changes and adjustments to the system according to customer requirements, defects handling. Working closely with the client from the Development Center.Work with multiple development teams in Israel and India.Managing the ongoing working relationship between the client and Amdocs development center related to the system under my responsibility.After completion of this project I worked as a project manager and system analysis of conversion of Yellow Pages & Internet of our customer (Sensis) in Australia. In this project we converted approximately 15 million customers (billions of records). I was relocated to Australia for this task, for a period of 8 months.

    This period of 3 years on customer site followed a completion of development of a conversion project of Yellow Pages & Internet of our customer (Dex Media) which was done in the development center. At the end of development I relocated to the customer site for a period of 3 years.I continued on site with the conversion project management and analysis.After conversion was completed I was leading work processes with the customer: specifications of customer requirements, changes and adjustments to the system according to customer requirements, defects handling, and so on. Working closely with the customer from the customer site. I also worked as an integration manager. I was responsible for the analysis and integration of complex integration issues.
