    In my current role, I exhibit dynamic leadership and lead efficient teams, including three unit heads, six-team leaders, and 30 curriculum specialists. My passion drives me to spearhead eight subject teams encompassing Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science, and Technology. In addition to exceptional leadership, I collaborate with local and international stakeholders, including McGraw Hill, WIDS, Edcredible, EdGate, Prometheus, Praxilab, ALEF, Emirati School Establishment, UAE universities to ensure hassle-free communication. Further, I cultivate lucrative partnerships with universities and educational experts to initiate educational projects. I deliver crystal clear and fresh solutions by cooperating with unit heads and team leaders.Additionally, I identify and analyze students-and teachers-needs to create a national curriculum of science and mathematics with a keen emphasis on project-based learning. Moreover, I roll out high-quality assessment tools and policies for all subjects to comprehensively assess performance in formative and summative ways.A small selection of notable achievements:• Optimized educational standards by revamping curriculum framework of scientific subjects and introducing dual credit programs in coordination with UAE universities.• Led adoption of NGSS and CCSS; implemented NEXTGEN Curricula in UAE public schools.• Initiated and spearheaded a project-based educational program to support different learning models through STEM projects and SciTech kits.• Set criteria and developed a question bank for the ministry subjects.
