    I started out as a Utility Man and handled basic maintenance duties, repairing minor plumbing problems, changing lights and ballast, moved material throughout the plant.. I then moved up to a Certified Tow Motor Operator, moving machinery for the mill wright crew. I then moved into being a Mill Wright, moving and installing machinery. I then learned to be a Maintenance Mechanic, repairing the machinery. In 1982 I passed the electrical test and received my Masters Limited Electrical License for Baltimore County, and was responsible for running electrical circuits throughout the plant, also maintained all of the electrical lighting fixtures.
