Our law firm was founded in 1983 by Everett Gray and began primarily as a real estate law firm. Attorneys William N. Palmer and C. Peter Bos joined the firm a few years later. Although our roots are in real estate transactions, our firm has grown and evolved to meet the needs of Maine's changing economy.Our personal injury practice originated as a result of logging accidents, pulp and paper mill injuries, construction accidents and auto accidents. Our firm has seen an increase in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings as mills have closed and the Bangor-area economy has changed. We have helped clients with real estate transactions, adoptions and business formations. When members of the community have come to us with difficult legal challenges like divorce or criminal charges, we have worked diligently to protect their rights.
