    After selling the Accountancy Practice on 1 July 2016 and further working full-time for Horizon Accountants & Advisory (Horizon) for 2 years and 6 months I thought it was time to reflect and take a break and see what semi-retirement was about, having assisted many clients through their own transitions. What I mean by semi-retirement is that I still contract to Horizon mainly on an SMSF Auditor basis and occasionally provide tax, accounting and advisory advice to clients.Having tried my hand in a number of other things, whilst interesting, I have missed the personal interaction and fulfilment I've had over my many years working in the Accounting and Taxation space.
