    I am the District Manager at One Cup Coffee Company in WA. Restructuring a team of skilled and friendly baristas, improving our presence in the neighborhood and providing a clean and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a great cup of award winning, locally roasted coffee. I am proud to have put together and an amazing team of baristas that care about latte art, pulling delicious espresso shots and providing impeccable customer service. I have built strong relationships with a variety of local food and beverage artisans. I feel that supporting my hyperlocal vendors not only supports local small business but increases the awareness of farm to table chef quality food. We are more than just for profit, we donate 2% of our sales to local non profits dear to our community. As a corporation we partner with World Vision do help provide communities with much needed services and skills. I have been fortunate to choose a handful of local nonprofits to support. I am proud to have created a partnership with our local foodbank to support our community in need.We focus on supporting the direct trade coffee industry. We believe in supporting small farms and their surrounding communities.I started with the company as a barista and quickly earned my role into management.
