    I was recruited as a contract employee to come in at the inception of a new assembly line for an exciting new specialty customer service kiosk to make record of the assembly process. The sequence of events provide the assembly workers with a written record that allows for total quality control and facilitates continual improvement. A line for another specialty kiosk is due to start up soon and I have been invited to write up the sequence of events for this new line. When I handed my boss my first draft of the SOE he said, "I give you an A+!" I have wrapped up my tasks of recording the sequence of events for the assembly of the two customer service kiosks. My staffing agency received high praise for my work product at the conclusion of my contract.

    Responded to customer inquiries by phone, fax and email; addressed customer complaints; entered orders for parts and equipment; provided price quotes and estimated shipping costs; registered ownership of serialized equipment; prepared and printed warranty certificates; sent HydraMaster jackets as gratuity to new equipment owners; kept distributor fax numbers programming up to date; kept daily sales status board up to date; covered receptionist duties as needed. I designed an adaptation system for the TreadMaster escalator cleaning system that enabled its use on wider moving sidewalks. Hand illustrated and wrote assembly procedure manual for TreadMaster.
