    In my short time as a Geek Squad Agent I have successfully repaired many PC’s and electronic devices with an emphasis on improving my skills and sharing that knowledge with other agents. When tough problems arise, I take it as a personal challenge to successfully repair or diagnose the issue and then share the knowledge gained with other agents either verbally or in writing thorough notes. I obtained my Best Buy Gold certification within 5 months of employment. I also assist at the service counter with heavy client load or fill in for other agents.
