Uncoiler Coating Line
-
Mar 2011 - Present
May 2nd 2011 I started working at TI Automotive. I do have good leadership skills. I have a great understanding of the 5S and Kaizen systems with over 15 years working experience with both. You must have both. Without one the other will not work. 5S: a place for everything and everything in it's place. Kaizen dictates where that place is and why . I am able to put the systems into use. As an uncoiler it is my responsibility to ensure that the product being produced is of good quality and meets and exceeds the customers expectations.

Assembly Line Supervisor
-
May 2008 - Mar 2011
I have been with SMR for 15 years. In that time I have acquired line leader skills. As an assistant line supervisor it was my responsibility to assist the line supervisor in day to day activities of the assembly line. From time to time I would have been required to take over when the line supervisor was unavailable. It was my responsibility to ensure that the assembly line is producing good parts and a good final product. As the line supervisor it is my responsibility to tackle and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a day this can include but not be limited to problems with the components the machinery or conflicts within the assembly operators. This means all responsibility for the assembly line will be placed on me I will be required to perform all duties that a assembly line supervisor would be expect it to perform. Although I have been a line supervisor I am just as comfortable as an operator or line worker. I learn very quickly and I am able to teach others.
