    This was a start up Bank in Derry NH and was part of the Community Bank and Trust Company out of Wolfeboro, NH. I started this office from nothing and did all the hiring and lending and was responsible for the profitability of this office. I did all the retail and commercial lending including real estate and equipment loans. My portfolio had start up businesses and expansion loans for larger corporations. We did SBA 7a and SBA 504 loans and residential lending. It was a great honor to be associated with the finest professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all my years of banking. We sold the franchise after 15 years and all profited from it.
