Create a consistent experience and best practice approach for how we deliver to our clients. Implement and lead effective and scalable onsite operations, processes and procedures for all clients and sites within a given portfolio. Responsible for working with Client Principals and Site Managers to ensure we are meeting client expectations around our service delivery execution and new business demand. In partnership with Client Principals, will seek out growth opportunities at existing client sites and new sites by establishing a strong rapport with our clients. Act as a point of escalation for both our clients as well as the Site Managers in relation to site operations.
