*Responsible for recruiting high school athletes to attend and compete at Otterbein University.*Challenge, motivate and inspire individuals to be completely team oriented and well rounded adults.*Help athletes to improve throughout the season and from season to season and year to year.*Building our team into a conference contender with big goals to become a national power very soon.*5 athletes have earned All League honors and 3 athletes have earned All Region accolades in the past 3 1/2 years.*Our men's team jumped from 9th in the league last year to 4th in the league this year. *Our women's team improved from 6th in the league last year to 3rd in the league this year with almost all new runners.*Both squads had fantastic improvements at the regional level as well - from 28th to 14th in just 1 year for the men and from 23rd to 11th in 1 year for the women. By far the biggest improvements of any of the 40+ teams in the Great Lakes Region.*Track athletes have won 7 Ohio Athletic Conference league titles with 14 earning All Conference honors in the past 3 1/2 years.*Coach of the year in Ohio in 2013 (division 3 women) as voted by all of the coaches in Ohio.

Ohio Right to Life is a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) non profit organization that is 100% donor supported. ORTL also has an active Political Action Committee. *I work with an office staff that has ranged from 5-8 people. *Regular responsibilities include payroll, crisis management, equipment control, vendor management, training, database management, finances and budgeting. *Office expenditures have been reduced by nearly 50% in 3 years through streamlining and the more efficient and wiser use of office resources and negotiated pricing on equipment and services.*Researched, selected, negotiated and help relocate our offices downtown to allow easier access to the Ohio Statehouse and key organizations in the State.*Organize and plan for quarterly company board meetings.*Served as emcee at 2 large company events.*Positively represent the gratitude of our organization to our donors through positive contact with hundreds of donors and potential donors via organized telemarketing and direct mail campaigns each quarter.
