Currently provides direct support to DASD(S&TS) and his MA in the S&TS front office. As a senior analyst, provides highly skilled administrative support enabling effective administration of selected staff offices and executive administrative assistants to senior executives. Serves as the S&TS Directorate lead for DTS. As the S&TS Directorate lead for DTS, provides DTS guidance and addresses questions from other directorate senior executive assistants and DTS travelers. Reviews DTS authorizations and vouchers prior to MA approval. Serves as the S&TS Directorate Manager of SACCP. Duties include assignment of actions to appropriate Action Officers (AOs); tracking of all incoming/outgoing correspondence packages, proofreading and editing, uploading signed documents, and closing actions in SACCP. Also responsible for communicating with lead organizations about due dates and requesting extensions as needed; compiling statistical data on the status of all S&TS correspondence and providing it to MA. Serves as the S&TS Directorate lead for all incoming DoDIG/GAO actions. Identifies a directorate POC for incoming actions and adds POC information to Acquisition Resources and Analysis (ARA) GAO online database. Processes incoming DoD response to actions, uploads signed documents to SACCP, and processes final response through ARA. As the S&TS Directorate lead for all incoming DoD Advocacy coordination and CFIUS cases, assigns responsibility to AOs for conducting reviews, establishes a suspense date and provides S&TS’ consensus review (input response) to tasking organization. S&TS reviews approximately 100 Advocacy coordination and CFIUS cases a year. Also processes various acquisition related documents including Overarching Integrated Product Team report, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary minutes, monthly reports to Congress, Congressional inquiries, etc. Project Manager and Team Lead of three SRA employees.

As Commander’s Action Group Superintendent, responsible for the management and oversight of office information administration and technology. Provided advice and staff support on all matters related to office information processes and needs. Assisted the Commander's Action Group Chief with planning and execution of office activities and events. Coordinated and arranged transportation, billeting, airlift information, briefings, and messing for visiting dignitaries. Tasked and integrated product directorate weapon system inputs for higher-level headquarters, Air Staff, congressional and field-level inquiries. Assisted Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) Protocol Office with senior leadership events/requirements. Ensured proper communication with WR-ALC agencies regarding correct protocol. Coordinated and executed events/projects requiring WR-ALC senior leadership involvement. As, Chief of Wing Administration, established internal administrative processing procedures for the receipt, suspense, and quality review of all correspondence filtering through the command section of air intervention composite wing. Managed quality review of all officer and enlisted performance reports and decorations submitted to the wing commander. Assisted the wing commander and executive officer with the planning and execution of all protocol duties. Helped plan and execute the daily schedules for the wing and vice commanders. Ensured proper routing and disposition of classified message traffic in and out of wing command section. Personally responsible for wing staff and wing quarterly and annual awards program selection process. Wing staff resource manager; managed $189,000 office budget and coordinates budget activities of 13 staff agencies. Prepared and submitted budget requirements for wing commander. Attended budgets meetings. Supervised two administrative personnel. Additional duties: functional area records manager.
