    As the sustainability manager of Hearn and Hearn Consulting, I am closely involved in spearheading the inception and development of Hearn and Hearn Green Building – the company's green building certification and consultancy service line which launched last November 2021. It is especially developed to help business owners and developers achieve green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, EDGE, and BERDE for their buildings and real estate portfolios.Some of my responsibilities in this role include the following:1.     Environmental Sustainability is the department of Arcadis Philippines, Inc. that caters consultancy services to building owners and developers who are looking to certify their properties under certain green building certification systems.Among all the different certification systems, Arcadis Philippines, Inc. principally receive consultancy works for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence and WELL which are the prominent certification systems in the country. As a Senior Team Leader in the department, my functions would include but are not limited to the following:1. Attending pre-bid meetings with probable clients2.
