    My first job out of school was as a Computer Operator, which bored me, and prompted me to move into the electronics field, where I attained an N6 Diploma. I worked as a Licensed Avionics Technician for 6 Years, repairing Auto Pilots and Gyroscopes on various aircraft, like Learjets, etc. In 1994 I started working for the founder of Mecer Computers, in his secondary company, in the Outdoor and Hunting Industry, selling Firearms and Hunting accessories, and within 2 Years was promoted to Managing Director and then CEO. I worked for that company for 12 years and resigned in November 2006 to pursue my own business. I started my current path in 2006 and between then and 2014 I also worked a second job for a short while, for a very close friend, with Big Five Projects cc, as a Project Manager on Structural Steelwork Projects. Just Displays was predominately a Printing & Signage company offering digital printing on vinyl and many other medias, as well as general signage and vehicle fleet branding, brochure stands, gazebos, flags, banners, etc. The wrapping side we started after my son joined me in the business in 2016, after a lengthly rugby career which ended at the end of the Currie Cup season of 2016, with him playing for the Pumas. From that time we have expanded into race car and race bike branding/wrapping and also wrapping/applying Paint Protection Films.With the COVID 19 pandemic being dropped on us in 2020, we started fabricating custom made Desktop & Hanging Polycarbonate COVID-19 Screens and also Print Non-Slip Social Distancing Floor Decals and Custom Sanitiser labels, and all other labels too.
