    Promoted to Production Inspector in August 1996, whose main responsibility was to verify that aerospace parts and production components met design and assembly requirements for all four versions of the 777 airplane. Became familiar with 777 airplane’s flight control surfaces and their rigging, engine strut interface, electrical wiring, routing and connections, hydraulic drives and their tubing instillations, fuel system throughout the wing and main fuel tank, fuel quality indicator system, cargo handling system and landing gear assemblies. Was involved in Airplane Shakedowns and preparation for Customer Review. Worked with Shop Customer Coordinators and live customers to resolve any issues with Boeing Built or Vendor-supplied Parts. Promoted to a Numerical Control Quality Assurance (NCQA) Analyst in January 1994, I completed full analyses of the Mancat Theodolite Measuring System, the Laser Tracker Measuring System and Photogrammetry through use of the CATIA Computing System. The data from the Analyses were compiled into reports that I submitted to engineering to review the validate airplane configuration.Mastered the skills required in the use of precision inspection tools, table set-ups, heat-treat requirements, portable penetrant inspection and various other forms of Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI).Became a Master Gauge Coordinator, which entailed assuring that all the tooling for Vendor Part Manufacturing was approved to have met the Quality Control Assurance Guidelines.Digitized and archived the physical forms of the completed Full-Size Plaster Master Models.Later assigned to the quality assurance in the building the first two units of the 777 Wing-Assembly tool. Was responsible for overseeing seven Mancat/ Laser Tracker crews. Approved and verified all assembly hard points.
