    I am responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance for our entire network enterprise comprising of a primary colocation, secondary DR site, and 15 store locations spanning 5 states. I have worked here for over 8 years and am proud of what we have accomplished and how we have improved and optimized our infrastructure. Currently, I am finishing up a SIP solution that has stretched my understanding and knowledge of this technology, which was fascinating. I have worked closely with our solution providers to ensure a successful completion and to demand a great product. There are always multiple projects going on at the same time as well as maintaining our current environment. The biggest challenge is keeping it all straight. This job is never boring and that is why I love it!

As a consultant, I found solutions for my customers and maintained their infrastructure. I always strived to automate and document each network I was involved in so I would leave it better then I found it.

    This is where I exploded in my understanding and knowledge of IT infrastructure. I worked with customers in the entertainment world to the financial world. With a diverse clientele, I was able to work and build a variety of network solutions. I worked to solve solutions for the warehouse worker to the CEO of companies. I had a great mentor a long the way in which I gleaned a lot of knowledge and understanding. This gave me great confidence in my ability to tackle whatever challenges would arise.
