    I have been practicing Tai Chi for almost 20 years and during that time I have learned a number of different forms and styles of tai chi. In 2014 received accreditation from Tia Chi for Health to be an instructor in Tai Chi for Arthritis. Now that I have retired, I have the time to devote to sharing that knowledge and experience with others.My classes are targeted at people who are mainly interested in practicing Tai Chi for the health benefits, including people with a disability.
