Managed nearly 5 million records and a budget of $100,000. Liaison between the organization and the client - including Texas State Library Archives Commission and the University of Texas System. Surveyed the existing software, selected a vendor and established the system requirements. Established a project plan that facilitated the integration of dynamic, active files and thousands of boxes of static files which were stored off-site.
