I assisted with, and influenced the development and application of tools and techniques for organizational analysis of their Agility Response Ability.

Implemented a number of computer applications to enhance management capabilities and functions, to include implementation of an Automated Supply Center for office supplies and utility/repair parts inventory; specification development and implementation of an automated Tool Management System for cutting tools, fixtures, and expendable supplies; and analysis and specification of material handling equipment to meet specific needs. Engineered and implemented a reorganization of the Supply Division in response to changing workload and mission requirements.
