Worley Parsons is an international engineering and construction consulting company. * Working with both the GPO and P&M groups I wrote ``Safe Work'' structural, mechanical and piping construction procedures for the Bp platforms Thunder Horse, Horn Mountain and Marlin Hub. The procedures required technical clarity, regulatory and HSE guidance, and interfacing with client engineering and third party service providers. * Writing these procedures required my hands-on knowledge of construction vessels, demolition, salvage, lifting/rigging, structural, mechanical & piping installations, repairs and maintenance projects above and below the water line. ;

• My assignments were as Company Representative, Project Manager, Technical Writer and Technical Auditor for foreign and domestic offshore and onshore projects.• Typical man-diving and ROV inspection projects were for Underwater Inspection In Lieu of Dry Dock (UWILD) for floating platforms and Subsea Integrity Management (SIM). • Project assignments were R&R of topside and subsea production/processing systems, structural construction/modifications often involving heavy lifts, lighting & collision avoidance system installations, pipeline intervention, pipe laying and abandonments, riser R&R, retrofitting cathodic systems, ship repairs and platform decommissioning.• My assignment with Tetra Technologies in Nantong, China when they built the 500’ derrick barge “Hedron” was to convert manuals and procedures from Mandarin to English for the barge’s winches, pumps, motors, black-water system, generators, safety equipment, galley equipment, communications and anchorage. Many items didn’t have procedures and required creating them from research and interviewing SME’s. • The Tetra assignment also included technical auditing, cataloging and inventory of the equipment and systems described immediately above. • GOM project assignments included auditing ship systems, dive systems, procedures and manuals, inventories, rigging plans and designing ship deck layouts for projects. • Client companies included Apache USA, BHP Billiton, Chevron, Bp, Paneco, Strategy Offshore, Atlas Engineering, Shell, Hunt, , Elf, Pioneer, Anadarko, Williams Pipeline, etc.

• When the company was first formed I was initially brought in as Senior Project Manager and tasked with writing safety manuals for our corporate office and vessel fleet. • My responsibilities included the auditing of materials and supplies for company projects as well as periodic auditing of the fleet offshore dive systems safety processes. • In the aftermath of Katrina I performed a dual role as Offshore Project Manager on the 272’ construction vessel “TBAUD Sea”. I oversaw the set-up of the deck layout for inspections of over thirty platforms and their associated production systems. • The inspection process included writing assessment reports, proposing safe work repair processes and procedures as well as providing the materials list and design for the R&R. • Following the inspection campaign we reconfigured the vessel’s deck for construction, returned to sea and repaired the damages or decommissioned the assets. • Aside from the hurricane work we performed platform inspections, construction, riser R&R’s, salvage, pipeline repair, decommissioning and interventions.

Due to my ability to analyze hydrocarbon samples (including H2S) and provide chemical solutions in conjunction with Superiors proprietary intervention equipment; I was asked to set up a lab in Houston and then prepare chemical and equipment solutions for down-hole and pipelines projects from field samples.

• Collaborating with Stolt, Oceaneering, Perry Tritech, Canyon Offshore, Alcatel, Rochester and other umbilical and ROV companies I developed and then manufactured ROV and WASP Suit umbilical and wire rope anti-corrosion protection lubricants. This included successfully modifying to improve an existing injection system for applying the non-hydrocarbon, long sheared polymer hydrophobic lubricant. • I wrote the MSDS sheets to US and international standards as well as the application, operational and maintenance schedules, and procedures for each of the products.
