    I was the only analyst when we started Centrix Bank (in May 1999).I now have four analysts and two lender trainees reporting to me.In about 2011, an SVP-Credit was hired, to whom I now report. (Prior to this I reported to the Exec VP for Lending and Credit.)Over the 15 years of Centrix Bank's existence it grew in assets from zero (de novo) to over $900 million. I believe there was double digit growth in every year - a challenging and exciting work environment. My single word for the culture is "respectful" - respectful of both co-workers and customers.Eastern Bank purchased Centrix in October 2014; providing me we experience in a $10 billion (assets) "community bank".
