Formulation and review of the operating budget, ensuring resources are in line with the department's annual objectives; revisiting these targets monthly and forecasting in accordance with updated objectives.

  • Product Controller – Software Capitalization, Real Estate & Compliance

    Worked to improve and oversee the capitalization process for Internally Developed Software and assuring strict compliance of all accounting policies and procedures. Prepare monthly estimates and analysis package for Senior Management. Developed and enhanced forecasting models for both Internally Developed Software capitalization credits and amortization. Responsible for the budget and forecast of capitalization credits ($280MM) and amortization costs ($160MM). Preparation of executive Summaries for all real estate related CEP(s), which facilitated with the review, rationalization and sign off by Senior Management within the CIB.
