    Contributing Project Manager I worked on the iCourt court management system project. The project was a multi-year effort that involved converting the courts in 44 Idaho counties to Tyler Technologies Odyssey court management software. My primary focus was data conversion from the old to new system and working with the vendor and court stakeholders statewide.

    Principal Project Manager overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of the Idaho Retirement Information System (IRIS). IRIS was a $13.5 million Pension Administration software project. I managed the efforts of PERSI’s internal resources and also the project team members from four vendors. My experience included; current system analysis, defining business system requirements, coordinating a multi phase software release schedule, managing user acceptance testing, managing project plans, and maintaining the relationship with our vendors. In addition I monitor and control project performance, scope, and schedule. Deliverable's include a user interface for PERSI’s 60+ employees backed up by an Oracle database. IRIS also includes three outward facing web portals for Public Employers, Insurance Vendors, and PERSI Members. IRIS went into production in September 2016.

    The work-group provided hardware and firmware testing for HP’s R&D printer organization. I advanced in the organization becoming a Test Lead, a Technical Supervisor, Technical Manager, and a Project Manager. My role was customer facing, combining project management and operations management of a multi-million dollar managed service contract. I helped manage the activities of a contingent workforce numbering between 75 and 115 workers. During my time at HP, I worked on over one hundred R&D LaserJet printer projects. Examples of further experience as a lead Project Manager include: leading IT projects and projects aimed at improving operations such as Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Training Programs.
