    In this role I lead new product introduction programs for EPD, a Philips Company. Kodex EPD is an advanced solution providing 3D imaging and mapping of cardiac structures in real-time. My role includes working with a very entrepreneurial team and being the driver of the Kodex product development cycle. The product development is split between Israel and the Netherlands. Key duties of my role are:* Defining and implementing development programs, based on market demands and alignment with R&D, Q&R and other relevant partners* Leading cross functional teams and team relationship management on program level. Managing the Product Life cycle including: regulatory, quality, R&D, marketing, sales and operations* Leading and organizing program specific review meetings between project team, management and customers * Prioritizing the complete program, taking into account the roadmap, customer contracts and agreements, and assigned budget / resources

    I joined of the development of IQon Spectral CT Scanner, the first ever detection-based spectral CT to be introduced commercially. I started as the software lead, and gradually became engaged in all other aspects of the program till I transitioned to be the program lead. I founded the Program Management Office for all CT/AMI programs that are based in Haifa, a task in which I was working closely with our development centers in the US, China and India. From 2018 till 2021 I led the development and commercial launch of the Spectral CT 7500, Philips most advance scanner. My main responsibilities were:* Controlling of the business case * Establishing project plan and approving sub-project plan* Leading a cross-functional “core” team * Making sure everyone is “singing the same song” across the different sites and departmentswhile keeping razor blade focus on the target

    Leading a software group, of 70 engineers, who’s main task was the development of the iPatient console software for Philips CT scanners. The group was responsible for full lifecycle development and includes software developers, verification testing and project management. The software development process is compliant with IEC62304 and the FDA design-control guidance. This was a global team that is spread across four locations: India, China, USA and Israel. In my role I had to make sure that capacity and competency gaps are resolved quickly so the maximum efficiency can be achieved for the various projects.

    Leading the software development of all Biosense products.The company develops Carto, a cardiac mapping-system that helps doctors treat heart problems. This development involved several technologies such as signal processing algorithms, ultrasound, and more, resulting in a real-time 3D imaging of the human heart. One of the top achievements during my role was the transformation of the legacy software development to .NET. This was a major step for launching the company's successful "Carto 3" platform.
