Primary Responsibilities in this Role:• Provide administrative support to the Transportation Supervisor, office staff, drivers, and mechanics.• Review budgetary transactions for accuracy and file electronically.• Generate PO’s, process, track, approve invoices, and ensure accuracy of billing for 56 Vendors. Converted manual accounting system to an electronic workbook/database that calculates the balances for each budget. Reconcile the department P-card accounts as well as order supplies and service. Assist with the procurement of five new buses, payment, and documentation. • Maintain weekly attendance and annual vacation records of 17 department staff utilizing the SubOnline System.• In the event of an accident or emergency, I stop everything to help gather data and relay information; in the aftermath, I collect photos and reports to prepare a file that is reviewed by the Safety Committee.• Created a database that calculates mileage for all buses, motor pool vehicles, and program miles; these miles are than billed back to each department or program. • Daily use of Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Professional, WESPaC, SubOnline, VersaTrans, Gmail, ShoreTel Phone System, 10-key, PC Computer, account codes. Most Significant Contributions in this Role:• After gaining an understanding of how a processes were intended to work, I streamlined and implemented a new improved process.• Converting the manual accounting system to an electronic was huge and much better!!

Most Significant Contributions in this Role:• Responsible for tracking, processing, and filing ALL 1100+ district staff annual and 90-Day evaluations. • Creating and executing the 67-page Employee Handbook and the 107-page Principal Handbook were both significant contributions.• Having a successful Annual Retirement Celebration every year is a very rewarding accomplishment!• Responsible to coordinate and facilitate the Consolidated Program Review (CPR) Audit in 2011-12 and 2013-14. The CPR is an OSPI audit of our programs in that OSPI looks at all aspects of our programs, funding for programs, and compliance with RCW’s and WAC’s.• Coordinator for the PDK/CSMi Audit in 2014-15 for our district. This audit was an audit of our district wide system & curriculum alignment. This involved a lot of planning, coordinating, correspondence and reminders to all involved, checking that data was submitted, creating the 4-Day Schedule the auditors were in-district, providing meals and transportation for the auditors, scheduling interviews, and making sure the auditors had everything they needed. What a Herculean task!• District Data Security Manager/eVAL Administrator – I assigned, edited, and reset passwords for anyone having issues with their EDS/OSPI account; this is a time consuming task with multiple steps by all involved. I also assign Executive Directors’ and principals’ as evaluator for their assigned staff.• We have had a few Public Records Requests that have impacted the HR Department in a great way. I have been the only and/or primary person to gather the information requested.• Active Shooter Training Liaison between Officer Stacey Dreyer, Tim Durand, and MSD. Officer Dreyer gave me access to his personal calendar to schedule training's.Reason for Leaving:I was RIF’d (Reduction in Force) from this position due to budget cuts and placed in the Transportation Department Head Secretary position.
