     Involved in various Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities of the plant in field as well as on panel in SRIP, Actively participated in activities like Prehydro punch list, air blowing, flushing, leak checking Making a punch list of various loops ,Participate and conducts purging of utilities and Process lines, Participate in MRT and Solo run tests Utilities and Process equipment, Participate and conduct functional test of interlock on panel and stroke checking of valves etc , Communicates with and follow instructions from Shift Supervisor in order to carry out his duties efficiently and safely. Monitors plant functions by reading gauges, graphs, meters and control panels, and by performing and evaluating chemical tests; changes plant operations to adjust processing needs, adjust pumps, flow valves. Checks process parameters and coordinates with MCR to correct any deviations. Performs routine checks on equipment and reports abnormalities for corrective action. Signs work permits, follows on-going jobs and monitor Contractor’s activities. Considers the safety regulations and procedures and stops any unsafe permits and activities. Adjusts operating parameters, as instructed, to sustain continuous production whilst maintaining a high degree of awareness. Monitors and maintains the unit housekeeping standards. Completes the shift logbook and handover of the plant to the on-coming shift. Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.
