    Inclusion was one of the largest in home health care providers in Idaho. I managed and maintained all of the networks, computers, servers, printers and software in a Windows environment for four separate divisions and nine locations statewide. The network consists of Cisco firewalls, routers and switches and Airaya wireless networking equipment. Five of the offices connect via VPN through the Cisco routers, DSL and T-1 connections. Four of the offices in the main complex are connected via Airaya high speed wireless network radios. Performed all installation and punch down of cabling, j-boxes, wall plates and terminations for network and phone connections. Performed all vendor management duties in regard to IT, Telephony, HVAC and Printer purchases, installation and warranty work. Developed a SQL server based medical billing system to provide consistent, accurate billing reports to aid billing submission to State of Idaho and MOLINA and to maintain accurate historical billing archives. This system also tracks all consumer data and generates management reports. Provided all user support state wide for the entire company.

    Supervised manufacturing, scheduling, purchasing, IT, quality, shipping, warehousing, production control, graphic arts, printing, etc. Created and wrote a SQL Server – Access based Business Management System and successfully converted the business from a paper based system to an electronic system with modules for estimating, order entry, customer contact management, vendor contact management, purchasing, inventory, labor entry and tracking, costing, scheduling, shipping, etc. Created an on demand order fulfillment system for Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. These customers placed electronic orders on a daily basis that would be manufactured, delivered to the shipper and sent directly to the end user the following day.Directed each department in writing and implementing processes and procedures to make the business consistent, improvement oriented and to facilitate training new employees. We flowcharted each process and performed value added analysis to eliminate unnecessary actions.Negotiated better freight rates with all of our carriers and eventually reduced our total monthly freight bills by 50% to 70%. Successfully negotiated better rates with Airborne, FedEx, UPS, Pilot Air Freight, Bellair, Con-Way, USF Reddaway and Watkins. Negotiated lower costs for all of the materials used in production from our vendors during the time I worked at Now Disc.Negotiated all major equipment purchases and leases as part of my duties at Now Disc. All were accomplished at prices well below market value of the equipment.
