Efficient professional with 32+ years of experience and a proven knowledge of audit controls, cost/benefit analysis, and expense control. My present commissary responsibilities have included, but have not been limited to, bulk preparation of our seven restaurant's primary product ingredient. The process involves procurement of raw materials, prep by the ton, packaging, labeling, logistics and distribution to that chain of restaurants. I am also responsible for obtaining the dry goods used in our restaurants and the distribution of those on a weekly basis. Because of the size of our enterprise, and therefore my obligation to be conscious of our cost of inventory, I have become quite proficient with Just In Time inventory control. As part of my Commissary management duties, I have had the privilege of building out and spearheading a new state-of-the-art processing facility, designed to meet Federal standards, in anticipation of our next corporate step to a national level. That facility has already, through bulk purchase, full trailer shipping and bulk storage and distribution capacities turned its startup cost 5.27 times.
