Also developed and managed environmental processes and staff to deal with contamination, remediation and risk management associated with the real estate acquired from other companies.During last 5 years, was promoted to Director of Legal and Real Estate, assuming the duties of General Counsel reporting to the CFO, with direct responsibility for handling employment issues, contract matters and litigation oversight, in addition to the duties of Manager of Real Estate described above.
