    I have worked in the printing industry for 24yrs . Having started at San Diego's largest Family owned printer , Reprints (now defunct) . I was very fortunate to have worked there as a rookie and learned a tremendous amount about the world of print and how a print pro should work and help his customers . This has shaped my style and desire to be a hands on and consultative print seller . I pride myself on communicating with my customers and getting them answers, offering advice and seeking the best possible economic solution for their business and printing needs . I prefer the face to face or the phone to the email whenever possible , but understand those tools are there to be used when needed and or pressed for time. Printing is a custom built product business and this requires clear communication between printer and customer , and this is an integral part of what I do .
