Working my way up from set manager to Regional sales manager while following a proven formula and setting a new level of management, team building ideas and expectations for those to follow. Recruit, hire, train, manage, oversee and release hundreds of employees for well over 200 sets, including set manager, assistant manager, crew, Santa's and bunnies for Santa and Easter Bunny Holiday photo opportunities. Simultaneously manage the opening and closing of seasonal retail businesses through many States. Training and setting up photography sets, computer systems, IPad, cash register, handle inventory, retail sale items and costuming for sets running seven days a week. Perform interviewing, manage drug and back ground testing, perform payroll.
