    Updating division’s Gauge Calibration program to include the critical gauges required to get the ship underway. • Instituted a new file system to track all gauges in division, which included 4 work centers with over 150+ gauges. • Executed the completion of all the division’s gauges calibration, bringing them within required service dates. Eliminated and/or repaired all inoperative gauges. • Trained 10+ personnel on how to effectively conduct calibration on equipment, while sharing my file system to use on their own divisions’ gauges.

    As an Hull Technician, I am responsible for maintaining the sewage system in perfect working condition, conducting metal fabrication work, brazing and welding, fix, repair or replace any equipment on the ship. This includes machining, piping systems, and working with hazardous materials. Also, I serve as an integral part of the ship’s damage control efforts.
