    I started this role as an intern where i learned the basics of glazing. Contract Estimator/Project Manager I read and comprehended bid documents so that i could prepare bid packages for commercial glass jobs in the Southeast region. I had involvements with jobs such as: St. Jude's ALSAC, St. Jude's Research Tower, and several condominiums along the Gulf Coast.Fab Shop Technician This role taught me how different glazing systems work. In this position, I fabricated curtain walls systems and storefront systems for a variety of applications. This job required me to created complex cut lists to ensure that we did not waste any purchased material. Occasionally, i would have to formulate solutions to ensure that the glazing systems would provide a perfect seal. Using drawings to build glazing systems for large openings requires a Fabrication Tech to be extremely detailed oriented.Glazier As a glazier, I would install the systems that were built in the Fab Shop. This required detail oriented work to ensure that the General Contractor was happy with our work. This job was worked part-time during Junior College; Full-Time during breaks
