    BROCKBANK PROJECT MANAGEMENT (BPM)In 2010 Mark established Brockbank Project Management (BPM).BPM delivered a new concept supermarket for the Coles Property Group in Port Macquarie town centre in December 2011 and in 2012 completed the backfill of the old Coles supermarket including its subdivision into 3 retail tenancies Office Works, JB Hi-Fi and Anytime Fitness. BPM continues to provide project management services for Coles Property Group in the Port Macquarie region. As well as managing BPM’s own projects I have delivered the $70mil Coffs Harbour Justice precinct for CPS Property and Infrastructure Project Managers, providing a professional contract and design management service for CPS.I have also partnered with Polestar Projects to manage the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta with the development of a new head office, to combine their separate agencies together into one location adjacent to the St Patrick’s Cathedral to a project budget of $55mil.Currently, for Root Projects Australia, I am acting as Senior project manager for the masterplanning, feasibility, and schematic design (Stages 1 to 3) for the Forensic Pathology and Coroners Court Project including the recent successful delivery of the Schematic Design. My role is the lead project manager managing consultant inputs, statutory planning and running complex inter agency liaison across all project working groups, including Health Infrastructure, Department of Justice, NSW Health Pathology and NSW Police. SERVICESBPM offers direct project management services to clients as well as providing a unique service to larger project management firms with projects that require project management services on a contract basis. BPM is located on the mid north cost of NSW and offers large project management consultancies an experienced resource in the field.
